A Story embodying the Spirit of Valentine’s Day

I am no cynic, but I believe that those you love should be cherished every day, instead of on this “Hallmark” holiday. However, there is one story from our event lineup last year that is worth celebrating on Valentine’s Day. The Villa was honored to host Nicky Cruz and his beautiful wife, Gloria’s,  50th Anniversary Party last year. Not only was it an extremely elegant event, candle-lit and draped to embrace the chill in the November evening, but it was a beautiful reminder of lasting love. Wonderful toasts and music filled the Villa’s stucco walls for a few hours as friends and family gathered round Nicky and Gloria to share in their journey. Fifty years is something my brides aspire to when they start their marriages at the Villa and it is definitely something to boast about on this day! Happy Valentines Day Nicky and Gloria!
